We are all super proud back at the Six Pack Revolution Headquarters to see Scotty’s Six Pack Revolution Story feature in The Sunday Mirror for Fathers Day in an article:

Initially, the article was going to be a one page spread about Scotty’s inspiring story as we celebrated Fathers Day in the UK.

However, once The Mirror Team listened to Scotty’s own personal journey and how his original vision is now helping thousands of YOU achieve the body and mindset of your dreams, they increased it to a 7 page spread in their Sunday Supplement, The Notebook, to include a taster of some of the Six Pack Revolution most delicious recipes, Scotty’s exercises tips plus, an amazing array of Dad’s 90 Day Transformations.

Our Founder, Scott Harrison in his own words...

An amazing article which really hones in on how The Six Pack Revolution works.

It also documents Scotty’s own personal journey to fitness.  Scott has become an inspiration to so many of us who have been through the 90 Day Programme and continues to work tirelessly to spread the word to others who maybe struggling with their nutrition and fitness.

Scotty is very hands on in the business and makes sure he knows the participants and keeps in touch on all the community groups to provide a positive boost and follow progress, a real testament to his dedication to helping others.

This article was particularly close to Scotty’s heart, as it was a feature for Fathers Day and Scotty is a passionate dad to two beautiful children!
