Banana Spiced Smoothie

  • 1 serving of The Six Pack Revolution Vanilla Caramel Heaven Post Workout Smoothie
  • 250-400ml unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of all spice
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cloves (grind your own as often come whole)
  • Pinch of ground cardamom (grind your own as often come whole)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Seeds of a vanilla pod (optional) (top tip: use the remaining pod in some boiled water and make a vanilla tea)
  • Handful of ice (optional)

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz thoroughly. Add a little water if you prefer a lighter consistency and pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
