Chocolate Banana Split Smoothie

  • 1 serving of The Six Pack Revolution Decadent Chocolate Post Workout Smoothie
  • 250-400ml unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • Small handful of pineapple chunks
  • 4 strawberries
  • 6 pecan halves crushed
  • Handful of ice (optional)

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz thoroughly. Add a little water if you prefer a lighter consistency and pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
