Coffee and Banana Cake Smoothie

  • 1 serving of The Six Pack Revolution Vanilla Caramel Heaven Post Workout Smoothie
  • 1 banana sliced and peeled (frozen if you want a thick ice cream like shake)
  • 6 walnut halves
  • 1 double shot of espresso cooled
  • 150-200ml of unsweetened Almond milk
  • Handful of ice (optional)

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz thoroughly. Add a little water if you prefer a lighter consistency and pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
